Payment Policies
- Registration fee will be collected by a SIMIS online payment system.
- The system provides domestic payment service with Alipay, WeChat Pay.
- If these options are not available to you, you can pay by cash at the time of on-site registration on your arrival.
Cancellation Policies
- No refund for cancellation after December 1, 2025.
- Refund will be made uniformly in the following month after the conference.
- Cancellation request will be accepted via email only and must identify the registrantʼs name and university along with the application.
